After living in the same house for twenty years, I knew that some things needed to change. I started focusing heavily on going through my finances and evaluating my spending, and it occurred to me that there were a few issues with my monthly budget. I wanted to downsize, so I started thinking about ways to sell my house and move on. I was able to find a great storage unit close to my home, so I took the opportunity to move a lot of my stuff into the space.
